Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Unused minutes do not roll over. Each recording uses at least one minute; longer recordings use elapsed seconds, including silence. One recording can last up to 120 minutes or your remaining allowance.
The store shows your local price before purchase. Annual plans are not offered. Live analysis can be limited while transcription continues. Saved reports remain available after your subscription ends, unless you delete them.

No. Nothing is recorded until you start a session, the recording indicator stays on for all of it, and capture stops the moment you end it. There is no always-on or background mode.
Audio is transcribed live and is not stored as a recording. Your transcript and Skill Report remain until you delete the conversation. You can also delete your account. Deletion removes saved conversation content from our database. Caches expire in under 24 hours; backups expire within 30 days. Limited billing records remain until the billing cycle ends plus 30 days. Our privacy policy explains provider cleanup and how to request deletion.
No. We do not use your conversations to train AI models, sell them, or use them for advertising. Deepgram and OpenAI process your conversations but are configured not to train on your data. Our privacy policy explains what each service keeps and for how long.
